“Plans are only good intentions unless they immediately degenerate into hard work.” — Peter Drucker

With this powerful reminder, the team entered a time of reflection and recalibration during the recently held Strategic Planning and Mid-Year Evaluation session.

Facilitated once again by Ms. Veronica Ester “Boots” Mendoza—whose thoughtful leadership has guided past sessions—this activity offered a meaningful opportunity to celebrate accomplishments from the first half of the year, assess ongoing challenges, and realign priorities for the months ahead.

Through Ms. Boots’ consistent and insightful facilitation, participants engaged in open and purposeful discussions, identified focused goals, and crafted clear, actionable strategies to strengthen performance and service delivery.

As John C. Maxwell said, “Change is inevitable. Growth is optional.” This session reaffirmed the importance of choosing growth through intentional reflection, strategic focus, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.

Heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Boots for her enduring support, wisdom, and leadership.
