Empowering Youth for a Healthier Future!
KBF, through the Community-Based Pregnancy Counseling and Referral Service (CBPCRS), continues to equip adolescents with knowledge and values for informed, responsible choices.
This year’s seminar, themed “The Practices of a Healthy Lifestyle: Protecting Our Bodies and Making Informed Choices,” gathered 50 students from Malanday and Nangka High Schools. Led by CPD-NCR experts Ms. Mirasol C. Silva & Ms. Rose Ann Lazza, discussions covered self-respect, consent, and responsible decision-making.
As Ms. Mirasol emphasized, “Let’s break the cycle of early pregnancy.” By equipping young people with the right knowledge and values—and by also supporting and educating parents in guiding their children—we empower families to make informed choices, protect their well-being, and build a healthier, brighter future. Let’s continue working together to uplift and educate our youth!
