Kaisahang Buhay Foundation was honored to welcome the delegates from the Ministry of Justice of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, in coordination with the National Authority for Child Care (NACC), for a meaningful Learning and Study Visit. The visit fostered valuable dialogue and knowledge exchange on child welfare, alternative care, and family strengthening programs.
