Last Christmas season, Kaisahang Buhay Foundation, with the generous sponsorship of Tennis Nomad Foundation and Manila Tennis Enthusiasts, brought joy, hope, and opportunity through a three-day basic tennis program for the children.
More than learning a sport, the program reminded us that every child deserves the right to play, dream, and discover their potential – made possible by the kindness of our sponsors and the dedication of our warm volunteer coaches.
Let’s take a look at these moments from Day 1 of training, where children from the House of Refuge took their first swings, learning how to hit that tennis ball with confidence and smiles ![]()
DAY 2.
The joy continues! After an inspiring first day on the court, it’s now the turn of the children from Rosalie Rendu and Development Center to hold that tennis racket and step into the game with confidence and excitement.
Last Christmas season, Kaisahang Buhay Foundation, together with the generous support of Tennis Nomad Foundation and Manila Tennis Enthusiasts, continues to create spaces where children can play, learn, and believe in their own potential. More than just a sport, tennis becomes a bridge to joy, discipline, and new dreams, guided by our ever-patient and passionate volunteer coaches.
Here are some highlights from Day 2 of Training, filled with bright smiles, focused swings, and the simple magic of children discovering what they can do ![]()

On the final day of our tennis training, Kaisahang Buhay Foundation, represented by Terence Joy Tevar, Community Development Worker, proudly awarded a Certificate of Appreciation to Tennis Nomad Foundation and Manila Tennis Enthusiasts for bringing not just skills, but joy, hope, and inspiration to our children.
The third day was especially meaningful as children from Barangay Socorro, Quezon City and Barangay Nangka, Marikina City held a tennis racket for the very first time.
Thank you, Tennis Nomad Foundation and Manila Tennis Enthusiasts for standing with us in our advocacy for children’s rights. In that first swing, dreams were awakened, confidence were built, and hearts reminded that they are seen, valued, and capable.
Together, we are shaping futures. One child, one swing, one act of love at a time ![]()
