Throughout the month of July, the KBF Team has been intentional in reflecting on and living out Accountability—our Character Quality of the Month. From our General Staff Meeting, to our Monday Flag Ceremony, and again as we ended the workweek with today’s Flag Retreat, we’ve deepened our understanding of what it truly means to take ownership of our work and responsibilities.
We know that when we apply Accountability in our day-to-day actions, we build a stronger, more trusting team. We create a workplace where people feel supported, respected, and committed to a shared mission.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.” – Colossians 3:23–24 (NIV)
This verse beautifully reminds us that our work is ultimately an act of worship—calling us to do our best, act with integrity, and take responsibility in everything we do.
Here is our Staff Commitment to Accountability:
Together, let us continue building a culture of accountability, grounded in faith, strengthened by teamwork, and driven by purpose.
