On December 10, 2020, Kaisahang Buhay Foundation, Inc. (KBF) celebrated it’s 45th Anniversary in a very unique manner.
The on-going pandemic has brought distance upon each and everyone and had cast a dark cloud whether KBF should proceed with the 45th year anniversary celebration. But a tradition like this is just too hard to pass up, thus KBF team had to improvise on how to proceed with the celebration. Thanks to the technology of internet and online video conferencing, the celebration pushed through.
Though KBF’s IT team had limited resources in terms of internet capability to do a seamless broadcast, it was still considered a success.
In attendance were KBF’s international partners such as Holt International, Wereldkinderen, AEM and Sdel, its Philippine partners, the Board of Trustees and its some of KBF’s beneficiaries. Officers of KBF’s local and foreign partners extended their anniversary message through video recording. KBF’s President, Ms. Rose Blancaflor sent a recorded video message while the Chairman, Mr. Randy Ang delivered his message live. Highlight of the celebration was the testimonials of KBF beneficiaries.
